CHESTER was started in February 2009 from open rehearsals at the Bushwick, Brooklyn performance space The Petri Space.

The team has hosted the monthly comedy variety show "Don't You Find Us Charming?" at ABC No Rio since August 2009.

CHESTER is named after Chester A. Arthur, the 21st President of the United States.
